When Will I Get My Tracking Number?
Please note that all Jerzox products are custom-made on demand.
- Production Time: It takes approximately 2-7 business days for your item to be printed, perfected, and packaged.
- Tracking Number Sent: A tracking number will be generated and automatically sent to your email AFTER the production is complete and your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
My Tracking Number Isn’t Working?
No worries! After you receive your tracking number, it can take about 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier’s system (like USPS or FedEx) to update the initial information. Please check back in a short while.
