Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a replacement or a full refund if you receive an item that is:

  • Significantly different from the description or preview shown to you.
  • Damaged during transit.
  • Has a clear print or manufacturing defect.

How to Report an Issue:

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your product. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear description of the problem.
  3. Photos of the item, clearly showing the damage or defect.

Our support team will review your claim and get back to you with a resolution, which will typically be a free replacement order or a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-returnable Items (Buyer’s Remorse)

Because each product is created on-demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or product. (Please review our size charts carefully before ordering).
  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item.
  • Shipping address errors provided by the customer.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our production partner to begin the printing process. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations or changes to an order within 2-4 hours of it being placed. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make a change.
